CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unmet Desire believes in a pleasant buying experience for its customers. To make this experience a seamless transaction, we go the extra mile to make sure that each product is made with a great level of care and craftsmanship. Every product is handled carefully throughout the journey from Manufacturing and quality checks to Packaging and Storing. Taking all efforts, made by experienced manpower throughout the product development and dispatch, into consideration, we are confident that we have the right product to offer to our customers. So, as a policy, we do not practice, promote, or market any sort of ALTERATION, CANCELLATION. RETURN, REFUND, AND/OR EXCHANGE on orders bought on our website www.unmetdesire.com.
However, there are scenarios, where we handle ALTERATION, CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND, AND/OR EXCHANGE, on a case-to-case basis. Request you to please read the following details carefully to make your shopping seamless, pleasant, and memorable.
ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION
Alteration And Cancellation Timeframe:
- We do not allow any alteration/change in the placed order. Alternatively, a customer can cancel the order and place a new order.
- After an order is placed on our website, a customer can cancel the order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
- After 24 hours of order placing, the order CAN NOT BE CANCELED and the order will move to the shipping stage.
- Cancellation does not apply to “make-to-order products” AT ALL. Once an order of a “make-to-order product” is placed, it can not be altered or canceled.
Cancellation Method:
- A customer can cancel an order by going to the particular order into his account, created on our website, and submit a cancellation request.
- In case of any difficulty, they can contact our support team within 24 hours after placing the order to initiate the cancellation process. All the details of the Support Center are given at the bottom of this page.
Refund against Cancellation:
- Pre-paid Order: If an order is canceled within a 24-hour timeframe, the amount paid by the customer is returned to the source account within 7-15 Days.
- COD Order: In case a COD Order is canceled, the customer is not entitled to get any refund.
- Make-to-order Products: In case of an order of “make-to-order product”, there is no cancellation option and hence there is no REFUND of the amount, paid by a customer. For any further query, a customer can contact Support Center.
RETURN
Return Scenario: Non-delivery of an order:
- In case of a non-delivery of an order, even after three attempts by the delivery/shipping partner, the order is returned to our central warehouse at E-171, Sector 7, Noida, Disst.-Gautam Budhha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India where the order was dispatched from originally.
Return Scenario: After successful delivery of an order
- If a customer receives a wrong product which is different from the product selected during checkout. Please note that any order can not be considered for return based on color/color tone as color/color tone varies from screen to screen.
- If a customer identifies any quality or manufacturing defect in the order received. Please note that, even if there is a quality or manufacturing defect, the order is not entitled yet for return unless the Support Team verifies them after examining the product condition.
- If a customer receives the package in damaged condition. Please note that we advise all our customers not to accept the package if it’s damaged, or broken or if you feel the package has been tempered during transit.
Return method:
- Please raise a return request by contacting our Support Center within 24 hours after receiving the order. A customer can contact us through any of the following ways or sign in to “My Account” and raise a return request. Our Support Center will get in touch with the customer within 2-3 working days.

WhatsApp Chat Number: +91 9811784868 - Please send high-resolution images from a minimum of three different angles and/or high-definition video of the damaged package/damaged product which clearly shows the issue with the product. You can email or WhatsApp those proof of damage along with order details for a speedy return process.
-Upon receiving the proof of damage or your concern regarding the product, the Support Center will get these issues examined by the Quality Assurance Team who will decide the eligibility of the return. - Within 2-3 days, once the examination is done from our end, and we find the reasons for the return valid, we will arrange a
reverse pick up of the damaged product and it takes 7-10 days to reach our central warehouse at E-171, Sector 7, Noida,
Disst.-Gautam Budhha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
Refund against Return:
- Once the damaged product reaches our warehouse, we initiate the refund process within the next 7 working days.
- In case of a pre-paid order, the amount to be refunded will be transferred to the source account from where the payment was
made. - In case of a COD order, the amount to be refunded will be credited to your account on our website as Store Credit which you
can use anytime to shop on our website. - Unmet Desire reserves the right to do a thorough inspection of the returned product and handles the return process on a
case-to-case basis. The resolution of any return case is the sole decision of Unmet Desire.
Reverse pick up against Return: Obligation
- Damaged product must be packed in its original packing box including any tags, warranty card, shipping label, manual or
accessories. - The damaged product should be unused and in its original condition.
- The damaged product should be packed in a safe packing box and should be labeled, provided by us, properly to safeguard the
the product further in transit.
REFUND
- All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
- Except PAYMENT IN CASH, all refunds are issued to their source account from where the original transaction was executed.
- We issue store credit in case of payment by cash. These credits can be redeemed/used by the customer anytime on our website
for their purchase. All store credits are valid for a lifetime and we do not exchange the store credit with cash or any
online or offline payment.
EXCHANGE
- We do not exchange a product once delivered or shipped from our warehouse.
- If a customer does not like or does not want to keep the product and if the product has any issue related to quality or there is any manufacturing defect or the product has been damaged in transit, they can raise a return request. All return requests will be handled as defined in the Return section above.
